Since gaining admission to the Ohio Bar in 2010, Kyle has practiced with the law firm Hanlon, McCormick, Schramm, Bickford & Schramm Co., LPA, in St. Clairsville, Ohio. In 2011, he gained admission to the West Virginia Bar. Kyle’s practice has focused on oil and gas law, real estate, and civil litigation.
Kyle earned his law degree from Ohio Northern University, where he graduated with high distinction and served as the Managing Editor of the Ohio Northern University Law Review. In 2007, he earned his undergraduate degree in journalism from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Starting in 2017, Kyle served a 2-year term as Chairperson of the Belmont County Certified Grievance Committee, and has also served on the Belmont County Bar Association’s Law Day Committee.
He is married to his wife, Elizabeth, a speech-language pathologist at Zanesville City Schools. Kyle and Elizabeth are graduates of John Glenn High School in New Concord. Kyle and Elizabeth love spending time with their son, Rhett, and their Siberian Husky, Bella.
